B&D Industries, Inc.

Our award-winning safety program plays a significant role in our overall Quality Management Program.  Our focus and purpose set three standards: quality , productivity and safety. This three-part focus has gained us a reputation for being a safe, on time and on-budget contractor, performing quality work. In addition, our employees are highly trained and OSHA certified.

Successful implementation starts in the planning phase where labor requirements and hazards are analyzed. We check our personnel training database to make sure we're staffing the project with the correct individuals.

A formal safety committee with representatives from all divisions and members of our executive team meet to approve policy changes and set program activity goals and objectives.  A dedicated corporate risk manager reports to our executive team on program progress as well as holds them accountable to what B&D has committed to our customers in our written policies.

All subcontractors either follow B&D's applicable safety plan or have a plan that has been pre-qualified and approved by B&D.
