IIF is designed to shift the focus of safety from a compliance requirement to a concern for workers’ health and welfare. It’s “mentality intolerant” of incidents or injuries of any kind, whatever the level, frequency or severity.

Together, these three values create our Quality Management Program, which is administered across every project each division undertakes, no matter how large or small. A formal safety committee comprised of representatives from all B&D divisions, as well as members of our executive leadership team, meet regularly to approve policy changes and set program activity goals and objectives. A dedicated corporate risk manager reports directly to our executive team on program progress.
